Prologue

Kings. The world knows them as great leaders who fight and protect their subjects. But that was thousands of years ago. Now, Kings are nothing but greedy, lustful, fat pigs that do nothing but destroy lives, especially mines. I’m Ryoma Takemura, a person whose life was ruined by the kings. They did everything imaginable to make my life a living hell, and the funny thing is I don’t know why they hate me so much. They took my one and only love from me, ruined my reputation among the people I used to call my friends, and recently they put a hit out on me and my family. However, my destiny was changed after a fated encounter with my birth family. I became one of those kings, the King of the Underworld (the Yakuza, Mafia, Mob). Now with the help of my generals, I will destroy the idea of kings in this world.

“Please stop. What have I done to you?” Ellis von Tricity, King of Electricity, wailed in pain, trying to play innocent.

“Ryoma, Why are you doing this? What happened to you?” Elly, my ex-girlfriend and one true love, asked baffled by the sight of me.

“I don’t have to explain anything to either of you,” I said without hesitation.

“Master, the police officers are arriving outside. I suggest we leave and continue this some other time.” one of my generals said to me worriedly as she appeared out of thin air.

“Alright, Let’s leave them here, so they can spread the news. The kings of the world will be punished by the Destruction they sown.”

“You think you can defeat all twelve of us. Who do you think you are? You’re nothing, but a pathetic little commoner who lost everything.” Ellis yelled as I walked towards the exit.

“You asked me ‘who do I think I am?’ Well, that’s not complicated. I’m the original king. The King of the Underworld, and I will make this a world without Kings.”
